Fantastic hotel and we had a great time. I would stay there whenever possible. The staff and the welcome were all better then I was expecting. Of course everything is a little on the higher side. Highly recommended.

The hotel location is in the heart of Mumbai. The staff is very cooperative and helpful. Manager of the hotel Mr. Junaid is very humble and took care of our needs perfectly. Food was very tasty. Must visit hotel.

Please don't be fooled with what you see advertised. This hotel is a 2 star in a filthy busy ally. The rooms are dusty, small and budget like. The toilet and shower stuffed in a tiny space, messy after a bath. Food bought from kitchen is sourced from outside and was disgusting. Noisy. I paid just over R2000. 00 South African currency for 4 nights which supposed to be a special. Regret as both my husband and I fell very ill before departure.

I will always recommend this hotel to my known family friends as well as who will be in Mumbai on official trip.The ambiance of the hotel as well as it's surroundings , Foods,behavior of the hotel staff ,responsiveness of the staff, cleanliness of the entire hotel are simply outstanding.

I really like the stay. Very good staff. They arrange good food from Delhi Darbar. Very comfortable stay. Front office and Kitchen staff are very polite and good. It is situated in congested area but taxi is available very easily.
